The Alpinestars ZX Series Nomex Balaclava is constructed from Alpinestars innovative Lenzing FR material - a natural viscose fiber that offers exceptional flame resistance and protection against heat transfer, while still being incredibly soft to the touch, and highly breathable. The unique ZX construction uses body-map patterns and is tubularly woven to reduce the amount of seams. This also offers a compression like fit for comfort, helping to reduce bunching when under the helmet. Double layers in the front help improve protection, while Flat Seam construction reduces pressure points and improves strength. Available in a single, open-eye opening. One size fits all.
