This Radium Engineering fuel rail kit is a direct bolt-on with all twin cam KA24DE engines commonly found in the Nissan S13 and S14 240SX chassis. It features a large 0.69" internal diameter bore to suit even the most fuel hungry engines. The Radium fuel rail converts the OEM side feed fuel injector setup to top feed allowing the use of high flow 14mm O-ring fuel injectors (not included). This kit is compatible with E85.
The rail is CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum and black anodized for a high quality surface finish.
What's Included
The basic kit 20-0157 includes everything shown in the picture below:
-Black Anodized Aluminum Fuel Rail
-Phenolic Mounting Bolt Spacers, Short (x2)
-Phenolic Mounting Bolt Spacers, Tall (x2)
-Phenolic Mounting Bolt Washers (x2)
-Radium 20-0160, 30mm Injector Seats (x4)
-Stainless Steel Mounting Bolts, Short (x2)
-Stainless Steel Mounting Bolts, Tall (x2)
NOTE: This fuel rail does NOT come standard with fittings. Fittings can be purchased separately using the options above.
Fuel Injector Compatibility
The kit includes 2 sets of phenolic spacers (shown above in the kit contents) to suit multiple height injectors. The spacers are machined from phenolic material and offer excellent resistance to heat transfer.
Use the tall spacers and longer mounting bolts to accomodate this size injector:

Port Configuration
The picture below shows the threaded fuel rail ports. Use the optional check boxes above to select the appropriate adapters for your specific application.
Do I need a pulse damper (FPD)?
The opening and closing of the injectors creates pressure pulses in the fuel rail, which can lead to unstable fuel pressure. In order to achieve a safe and consistent rail pressure, a pulse damper should be used (especially with high flow injectors). The internal diaphragm will absorb oscillation pulses and stabilize fuel pressure. The bottom center port is ideal for a damper. It is compatible with Radium FPD-R (P/N 20-0176) or FPD-XR (P/N 20-0177). Both dampers will work no matter what fuel rail mounting spacers are used. Shown below is an FPD-XR mounted in the bottom port of the fuel rail. CLICK HERE for more information.
Fuel Pressure Regulator Options
The fuel rail can be plumbed to a remote aftermarket pressure regulator using -AN hose and fittings. Or the options below can be used to mount the regulator directly to the rail. The front port is compatible with the Radium Direct Mount Regulator (DMR) as shown below. Note: Verify hood clearance is available before installing.
Or the stock regulator can be used in the rear port when installed with Radium 14-0165, shown below.
